4th foal and First Daughter!
How exciting for her and us.
Aziza is 22 years old.
Filly girl is very friendly and curious.
She stood on her first try and proceeded to walk all around the stall with out falling once. Amazing..
She was testing out running before she even had her first drink of milk.
While she was in her mothers belly she ran a few races.... There was hardly a time that I did not see that baby moving on a daily basis for the last 2 months. And this filly kept right on running after she was born.
No wonder Aziza had that baby 2 weeks early!!

Aziza is or very special queen on our farm. She is our most elderly horse at 24 this year.
In 2009 she gave us a beautiful filly, her first daughter.
We are so proud of her. She has been foundered for many years. But with constant farrier and vet care and alot of protection, she manages to get along each day I hope with just moderate pain.
As far as I know, Aziza is the oldest living horse in her Babson Brown breeding group. And still producing.
Dhar Asiza's pedigree is all Old Egyptian. She is predominately from the Babson import with two lines to the W. R. Brown imports. Aziza is absolutely gorgeous and sweet . She is 100% Old Egytian, balanced , classic confirmation and refinement with temperment you love!

Saafada the dam of Aziza and Roda is the only daughter of Julyanne that produced a daughter in this line of Babson Brown horses.
Julyanne had another Babson Brown daughter, Aana Mistanny, but she did not produce any foals at all and is deceased. Julyanne had 13 foals total.
Saafada had three daughters, Dhar Aziza, Dhar Roda and Dhar Bint Saafada. Dhar Bnt Saafada produced a stallion only.
Conclusion is that Dhar Aziza, Dhar Roda and Axioms Jadhara Mist (Aziza's 2009 fiily) are the only Babson Brown carriers of the Dam through the Julyanne line.
